I love Richard’s line of “Happiness is an inside job….” and that it takes deep work on oneself. Which is our journey here. Classes this April 2023 on Zoom every Saturday 9-11am. Please read - even if you are not interested in the class - the introduction itself gives us insight.
To Be Aware - Erik Jackson
To allow a stillness within, that is always there to surface. To know it intimately, whether staring out a window in the early morning hours just before first light, or in a crowd of people at a fair.
It’s always there.
A bit of willingness and a moment of pause is often all that is needed to connect. The door is open at all times but is up to me to turn the knob.
A moment, a glimpse, an exhalation, connection to it. A heightened attention brought to an awareness of what is already and eternally here.
To be aware of this Awareness, yes please.

The Wisdom of 6 Tastes - Natasha Sidhu
If we take a minute to ask ourselves - what do my emotions and state of mind need right now, what does my body feel like it needs- we can gain more awareness in what is right for us and make our food become natural daily medicine.
